Our professional fee is fixed the moment you engage — $1,850 for a standard purchase or sale, the same for the last 38 matters we've taken.

Disbursements are third-party costs we pass through at cost: the LRS searches, the council certificates, the strata report. Every line is printed on the engagement letter before we accept instructions.

If the total changes between engagement and settlement, we absorb the difference. This has happened twice in three years. We keep a record.
